Payment and Cancellation Policies
November 26th December – 24th, 2009, January 3rd – February 11, 2010 and March 1st - April 18th, 2010
Payment Policy
Full amount of room and tax will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made inside of 30 days,
the full amount will be applied at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will be charged. If the
reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable.
A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.
December 25th, 2009 – January 2nd, 2010
Payment Policy
Full amount of room and tax will be charged 45 days prior to arrival. If booking is made inside of 45 days,
the full amount will be applied at time of booking.

the full amount will be applied at time of booking.

reservation is cancelled inside 60 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable.

April 19th – November 25th, 2010
Payment Policy
A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance will be taken at
check- in.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled outside 48 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charges applied and the
deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night's room
and tax will be charged. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.
Smoking Policy
The Aava Whistler Hotel is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy
Pet Policy
No pets allowed
Age Restriction
Guests must be 25 years or older to secure a reservation and to stay in a guest room without an adult of
25 years or older.
Extra Person Charge
All rates are based on single or double occupancy. For additional guests - $30 plus taxes per person per
night. Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult.
Parking
$16 plus taxes per night, per vehicle.
