We offer three different conference room sizes, comfortably
seating a maximum of 120 people.
Partitions can be removed, effectively turning two meeting rooms
into one for the accommodation of more guests.
For pre-event functions, we have a warm and friendly meeting room
that includes a fireplace that is guaranteed to inspire open
discussion.

expected, we offer first-class catering services.
Should your Whistler meeting room needs exceed Aava Whistler's
function space, we can help coordinate with the TELUS Whistler
Conference Centre conveniently located directly across the
street.
