The Whistler Cup is the largest and most important ski race for young athletes aged 11 - 14. Many of the world's premier alpine skier's have made their way through this competition over the years.
This year's competition takes place April 5 - 7 at various locations on both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. Both the Dave Murray Downhill and Raven/Ptarmigan Downhill courses will serves as venue's for the races.
The competition is held under the auspice of FIS, the international governing body for alpine skiing and attracts hundreds of young athletes from more than 23 participating countries.
