Summer Festivals are Heating Up in Whistler

Great Outdoors Fest

Victoria Weekend will see the GO Fest, Whistler's Great Outdoors Festival, funded by the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) through the Province of British Columbia’s Resort Municipality Initiative, will celebrate the unique time of year in Whistler when people can choose their own adventure, whether it be winter or summer themed pursuits.

The producers are resurrecting the legendary Great Snow Earth Water Race and are inviting everyone to "Come Up to Whistler and Play"

The Victoria Day Long Weekend is the beginning of the summer season in Whistler, and typically, the  resort sees this weekend opening its golf courses, mountain bike trails and the Whistler Bike Park.

May in Whistler is a time when you can still ski the glacier, but come down the Village and go for a bike ride or get in a round of golf. In short, paradise.
