Whistler Allstar Hockey Tournament

Hockey group pick

Whistler International All Star TournamentThe Whistler International Allstar Hockey Tournament makes its annual stop in Whistler this week. This three week tournament attracts some of the best young talent in the game from the west coast of Canada, United States and abroad.

The Tournament takes place from June 20th until July 13th and features 8 different youth hockey divisions. The youngest division Major Novice features players as young as 9 years old, while the oldest division Midget features players as old as 18.

This fun and completive tournament has been a main stay in Whistler since its inception in 1992 and has seen players go on to play major junior hockey, college hockey and even in the NHL. Perhaps the best part of the tournament is that all the games are FREE to watch.

You can catch a number of games everyday the tournament is on. Every three days a different age division is featured with the first two days devoted to round robin play and the third day devoted to the finals.
