Age Restriction

Guests must be 25 years or older to secure a reservation and to stay in a guest room. If a guest is below 25 years of age, they would need to be accompanied by an adult of 25 years or older.

Deposit & cancellation policies

April 18 to Nov 23 2011 / April 18th to Nov 23 2012

Deposit Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. Full amount of room and tax will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled outside 48 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charges applied and the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night's room and tax will be charged. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

Nov 24 to Dec 24 2011 / Jan 3 to April 17 2012 / Nov 24 to Dec 24 2012

Deposit Policy

Full amount of room and tax will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If booking is made inside of 14 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking.

If the reservation is cancelled outside 14 days of arrival, 1st night's room and tax will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled inside 14 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

Smoking Policy

The Aava Whistler Hotel is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking. A ne will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy.

Extra Person Charge

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. For additional guests - $30 plus taxes per person per night. Children 18years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult.

Parking, Pet Policy, Check in & Check out Times

  • $19 plus taxes per night, per vehicle
  • Pet friendly - Charge of $25 plus taxes per night
  • Check In 4:00 pm and Check Out 11:00 am
