AAVA Whistler Hotel To Open With Season

The Canadian ski resort of Whistler is preparing to celebrate the beginning of the new season with the opening of a new hotel.

Aava Whistler Hotel will open its doors to the world with a debut November 26th.

"After two years of construction, Aava Whistler Hotel is ready to welcome the Whistler guest looking for it all - location, value, service and style," explained Tony Medd, Director of Operations at the property.

"From the design to our amenities, Aava is a hotel with panache, but not at the expense of practicality."

Amenities considered vital by today's discerning traveler are available in all guest rooms; free wireless Internet, iPod docking stations, and high definition flat screen televisions.

With impeccable service a cornerstone, Aava will offer 24-hour concierge staff to ensure each guest takes in the best of Whistler.

Aava Whistler Hotel's spacious facilities accommodate business and destination travellers and include meeting space for 120 participants; a fitness centre, sauna, sun deck with heated outdoor pool and hot tub; and the famous BC original, an on-site White Spot restaurant for fresh and casual dining.
