The Aava Whistler Hotel is well equipped to host a variety of events. With spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, plenty of natural light, comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe, the Aava is the perfect venue for a casual meeting, a corporate retreat or a company strategy and training session.

The hotel offers two function rooms that can be divided into three rooms. This flexibility allows us to accommodate groups of up to 120 people. Our new Executive Boardroom provides some variety to your meeting style. Our dedicated Conference Services Team will be there to assist in every aspect of your event -- from planning, arranging catering and professional services, to last minute requests and recommendations. 


This is a unique space designed to unleash your creativity. Cozy up to the fireplace and take in the wilderness that surrounds the Aava Whistler Hotel from the abundant windows.  This room is ideal for a small board meeting or a casual reception. 


This space can be used as two separate rooms, or just one large one. With natural lighting, new carpet and a coat of paint, this cozy space is ready to inspire for your next meeting, training session or event office.  


Located on the top floor, this room is set with a large boardroom table that sits 12 comfortably, vaulted ceiling and mountain views.



If you're looking for a unique space to hold your event, you may want to consider the CABN. This large room (located on the Aava Hotel property) is perfect for a dinner event, a training session or seminar. Our partnership with Whistler Cooks allows a simple, yet quality catering solution. The room, featuring natural light, minimal obstructions and a gas fireplace, can hold up to 100 guests for a seated dinner and more for a reception.
