Whistler Fire & Ice
The first Whistler Fire & Ice show of the winter season takes place this Sunday, December 15, 2013. The event involves Whistler Blackcomb's ski and snowboard school elite unleashing an aerial assault of tricks while jumping through a burning hoop. These athletes are accompanied by fire spinners, a DJ spinning tracks, and a nightly fireworks display.
This amazing visual display takes place every Sunday beginning December 15, 2013 until March 30, 2014. The Fire & Ice show has been entertaining visitors for the past decade and is always a must see on your trip to Whistler. And the very best part of the show is it's absolutely FREE to attend.
The Whistler Fire & Ice show takes place at Skiers Plaza (Base of Whistler Mountain) at 6:30PM this Sunday, December 15. Make sure to dress weather appropriate. The show usually takes about 30 - 40 minutes and can be seen anywhere inside Skiers Plaza.
