Whistler Blackcomb and Sun Peaks Pass Agreement

Whistler Blackcomb and Sun Peaks Resort recently announced a reciprocal pass agreement between the two largest ski/snowboard resorts in Canada. The new agreement gives season pass holders a 50% discount on each mountains window ticket rate.

The offer applies to 2014/15 Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Season Passholders, including Whistler Blackcomb Spirit Passholders, and 2014/15 Sun Peaks Alpine Season Passholders. For Whistler Blackcomb Passholders, this offer excludes Midweek, 15-Day, Student, Graduate, and Spring Passholders. break The new deal kicks off at the beginning of the 2014 ski/snowboard season in two months.

Whistler Blackcomb opening day is scheduled for November 27, 2014 while Sun Peaks is set to open one week earlier on November 22, 2014.

About Sun Peaks Resort

Sun Peak resort is located 45 minutes northeast of Kamloops, BC. Over the past 5 years the resort has seen significant growth within the resort and terrain available to the public. Recently 500 acres of rideable alpine terrain was added to the resort to make it the second largest ski resort in Canada in terms of skiable terrain. Three unique mountains make up the Sun Peaks resort each one offering riders a different look and natural terrain. The resort was co-founded by Canadian ski legend Nancy Greene in 1993.
