The Whistler 50 is more than just a relay race though, you can make it a whole weekend with a pre-race social and an after-race celebration party.

Pre-Race Social – Friday October 13

If you’re in Whistler already on Friday, you might as well join in on the Pre-Race Social at The Brewhouse. Get exclusive discounts on food and drinks as a Whistler 50 racer and mingle with participants before the big day. You can also pick up your race package downstairs from The Brewhouse, from 5 pm - 9 pm, and then enjoy a beverage on the patio. Keep those wristbands! You can receive discounts at The Brewhouse on Saturday too if you still have your wristband.

Finish Line Party – Saturday October 14

All racers are invited to the Whistler Olympic Plaza after the relay to celebrate with the Finish Line Party! This year Whistler Cooks will be cooking up their delicious chili for all participants to have a bowl (both meat and vegetarian). There will also be a menu with additional food for purchase as well as craft beer and Coast Mountain Brewing. Throw in a DJ playing in the background and cheers from the finish line and this becomes one heck of a shindig. Ultra & Relay awards will be presented during the party and once the celebrations have wrapped up at 7 pm, you can go enjoy a night out in Whistler Village.
